Before you begin your search for that perfect house, stop in and see our mortgage professionals for preapproval. A preapproval letter from Guardian is our agreement to lend you a specific amount to purchase your new home, subject to certain conditions.

Fixed Rate Mortgage

Your principal and interest payment will remain the same for the entire life of your loan.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)

A mortgage in which the interest rate is adjusted periodically. Guardian’s Adjustable Rate Mortgage provides you a lower starting rate than a Fixed Rate Mortgage. After an initial payment period the interest rate may go up or down based on market conditions.
