Personal Banking at it's best. . .

The following was taken from a letter from a customer:

"Thank you very much for your great service. I originally spoke with, and was given excellent service by Mr. Seiz. He personally took papers to the hospital for my mom, when she was alive, so that she could sign them. Now that is PERSONAL BANKING at it's best. Please give him "A SHOUT OUT," say "hi" for me."
