03/21/2020: Teller System is down

As many of you know, our teller system is down.  Our system was down all day on Friday, 3/20, is still down this morning and expected to be down through the weekend.  We will hopefully get an update from our core provider on Monday. 

During this time, customers will not have access to internet banking, nor will we be able to look up account information.  Debit card and ACH activity is still processing as usual.  At this time, our ATM is operational.  Bill Pay is accessible.

We will work with our customers that experience any issues with deposits not being posted as expected.

We know this is challenging for most and it is for our staff as well.  Add the pandemic our entire country is experiencing and senses are heightened.  We have taken measures to keep our staff safe allowing us to continue to serve you.  We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter and most of all we appreciate having the opportunity to serve you.
